charging problem

my xperia sp won't charge neither from the socket wall or PC if I charge it while the phone is turn off its turn on then there is sony logo and then the battery picture but there isnt chrging logo and the led notification is turn off

it will start to charge when I plug in the cable for at least an hour then unplug it then plug it again

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power  & volume up for 10 seconds > let your phone charging for 2 to 3 hours

Remove the back cover,force turn off the device.

After that,connect to wall charger and turn it on normally.Let it charge for 2 hours.
