After the firmware update phone heating a lot

It is normal for a smartphone to heat,but for the record,are you using task killers or battery savers?

If you installed a new firmware it could be that some apps are re-downloading some data and/or you are syncing more apps/accounts, also keep in mind that is normal for your phone to get hot, even if you are not using it, if there are apps running in the background it will get your phone warm, suggestion, stay away from taskillers, task managers, antivirus, ram apps booster apps, and if you are not using bluetooth and/or wifi, turn it off
