Hi All, i have set SD (Ext.) as the destination for Camera images/Vidoes. However when i look in to "Settings>Storage" for "Int. Storage"
I find memory allocated for Photos, Videos is 745MB...
I can assure that there is no pictures or videos stored in internal storage..
can anyone explain why 745MB of int storage has been allocated for photos and videos. is there anyway i can clear this and save some memory???
Pls help
(Does Android keep thumbnails of photos in the Internal memory even if we set SD card as the Camera destination???)
Thumbnails should be stored in internal memory(that is my guess),because Album is a default app in phone memory,so should be it's data.
OK, tks for the reply
do you mean that, this is unavoidable.. (i mean wasting 745MB for just photo thubmnails!!)
is there a way we can fix this out.. the xperia hardly has 3.71GB internal memory.. 745MB means 20% of internal memory...
Just clear data for album from time to time,it might update the thumbnails database(you might delete photos or videos in time).I do not think there is anything you can do except for rooting, which voids warranty.
Ok I'll see
tks for the reply
