Music data resetting

Hello! I'm having a very irritating problem: At first I've customized all my downloaded songs, artist, name, album, HQ cover... However, when I restarted my phone, all my customization is gone! Ok, maybe I closed it suddenly, can't save the data... I tought. So I decided to use my phone more carefully. Some time after re-customizing all my songs (120!), it occured again! All my music data is lost! I've tried everythig and decided to not turn off my phone... But it didn't help at all, when I decided to listen to music and went to the music library, I've gone mad, becouse it happened again! And it occurs again and again and I have no idea why... Please help!
Note: I didn't touch the music data application, where all these datas are stored northe music data downloadig (actually, it just starts, I don't do anything, but I always stop it)

DANGIT! Still going on... Does this phone thinks I'm a masochist or what?! Removing Cleam Master didn't help at all. Howewer, when I restarted my phone and checked the "All songs" list, the titles were good, but right after I clicked on one of my playlists, BUMP... Messed up everything.

Try to boot the phone in safe mode, see if that still happens:

Note: this happens randomly. Sometimes nothing happens for hours/a day, sometimes right after I finish editing my songs it occurs.
Now I'm running on safe mode - what do I have to expect? If nothing happens, then it's a 3rd party program? Geez, then I'd be in big trouble.
Well, I will say if it still happens or not. What do you recommend if it's some kind of a virus/programe? I checked the applications list, yeah, there is much more than usually, but I don't know which is what... Anyway, thank you for your support, I think the problem will be solved soon Slightly_smiling_Face

Removed Clean Master, customized some music to see if it resets, waited, and yes, it messed up everything again... I feel pretty disappointed...
The "mess-up-everything-in-your-music-player-becouse-its-so-much-fun" just occured after testing a WiFi network that actually didn't work, so I've connected to my mobile network to surf, but I also checked the music player looking for changes (I tought before that the network/music data downloading does something with this), and yup, I found anarchy. So, it MUST be the music data downloading/updating that occaeionally messes up everything when I connect to a network. Please help, what am I supposed to do to stop this torture?

I would suggest repairing your phone software via sony update service. It will erase your phone memory but you will have a clean install.
