There is some problems. The phone went lag and the notification bar that are on top of the phone is not available. i can't even pull down. Can anyone help please..?

Your phone has hung ?

I think a manual restart should make that work

Press and hold Power Button and Volume Up button at the same time

5 Seconds > Restart Phone

10 Seconds > Shutdown Phone
