restore manually backed apps from google

HI.

I have xperia sp and now that 4.3 is rolling i decided to reset my phone and install the latest version of os..

i have several aps that i have backed up through google..no i want to restore manulaly means i want to choose whta will i restore from my backed apps..

I have try to restore but all apps are being restored and i dont want to re install those all apps because it is no use and i want to minimize the memory usage..

how to do this?is there a setting in google that allow manula restore?

No, you could go to the playstore on your computer > my apps > and send which apps you want to re-install

can i permanently delete those apps that i no longer want to keep?

how to send those data for restoring?

I try to browse too google play in the pc and browse those apps but it is labeled already as installed even if it is not in my phone yet since i reseted it..

Google play will keep track of all the apps that you had downloaded, even if it say that its installed, click on installed > install
