how abaout turn off safe mode, my phone sony xperia z1 stuck on safe mode and i depresed abaou that, help guys i need a information

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To exit safe mode you should just power off and on your phone normally. Have you tried this?

If you have a defective volume down button,the device will always boot in safe mode.

Yes my volume downbis defective, and i go to service center sony xperia on Jakarta there is no action and his customer service talk to me to buy new Z1 because this problem is no solution, some body on sony center help me please
