Google Assistent randomly activates itself

Í´m experiencing some issues with the google assistent. It just randomly activates itself without me doing anything.

Without saying the keywords, the assistent opens and then listens to what i´m saying even without me noticing it.

This already happened before the 8.0 update and it still keeps going. Right now i´m always having the phone standing in front of me to make sure the assistant doesn´t do anything stupid.

I´m using the assistens frequently so i don´t want to deactivate it.

Anyone else has this problem?

at first i thought the same since i´m having the touchscreen problems since i got this phone. But because the assistant also activates itself when the screen is off, there must be another reason

Test the phone in >>> safe mode and report back.

just received a new update and factory resetet my phone after that. let´s see if this happens again

Well. nothing changed. Assistant still randomly goes on. Was sitting in an lecture yesterday and the assistant started while the phone was in my pocket...
