Recently I've changed the phone motherboard but the phone is not updating to Nougat is it possible that the new board is not genuine??

If you repaired the phone through your Local support then it should be original.

Yes local support but can you tell me why it's not updating like when i bought it? Plus there's no warranty information in settings like before
