this phone is good but if i brouse web for 10 min it get super hot and even when calling it get hot
I don't understand what you are trying to tell us here - are you saying your phone will not go into standby/sleep ? my phone is sitting right beside me now and has been sitting there all night - I am reaching over to touch it as I type this..................it is cold like it isn't switched on - if yours is different then you must have installed software that is keeping it active - you have already been advised how to fix this

I think you need to re-read this post from page 1-3
hey
i just got a new Z1, and its get very hot so quick, same here.
When browsing or playing with camera, it got so hot in 15 minutes.
I didnt play any games on it yet, only browsing and some apps.
The camera stopped working too because of overheating warning.
is this normal? or theres a problem with the phone ?
BTW im using its original software 4.2.2
Thanks

Has anyone noticed this?
what area of the phone gets hot?
its gets hot above the SONY logo on the back, I was at a concert yesterday and used my Z1 to record the gig and sadly it can only stand up around 5-7mins of recording before it got really hot that it shut the recording and the camera off.

Yes, this is a huge issue. For a phone that is marketed for its camera and camera functionality it's a problem if I can't stream more than five minutes using the much-hyped Sociallife app to Facebook because the phone gets so hot the camera shuts down.
It's cold here in Iceland, right now, and dark. So this isn't "sun is beating down on phone". We were standing outside in 1C weather, freezing our butts off, and I was streaming my friends' rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody. Around Scaramouce Scaramouce my phone was hot enough that it shut down the camera.
Not cool. Literally

Wow that's seriously not cool haha
and I was just wondering how the Z1 would fare in cold conditions... I guess not really that good.
