getting hot quickly

i  bought xperia z1 4-5 days ago 

this phone is good but if i brouse web for 10 min it get super hot  and even when calling it get hot

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense, the phone should be able to run all the apps and programs we want from the first minute without an overheating problem.

It's clearly a firmware issue, but again, no solution from Sony.

Have you tried it?

I found 2 people from this forum only who have successfully get rid of these issues on latest firmware.

I also was suffering all these bugs on my Z1 since first day of new update and now mh Z1 is fine.

i'm already on latest firmware .757 and you're saying to restart whenever it gets hot is  really a **bleep** thing.... and also how one can use their phone in safe mode without having any 3rd party apps???:smileyshocked:

i'm ready to try all those things... you said try to charge the phone in off condition.... i did that too but even in switch off mode it gets heated while charging...:smileysad:   

so what should i do now??  lets make it simple.. the problem is only overheating overheating overheating.........:smileycry:

whatever the way i try to  charge my phone it results in overheating.... also while using the phone..... in every aspects the phone gets heated....

note : after updating to kitkat, i had formatted includeing internal memory nd sd card in pc first follwed by another format once i inserted in mobile....

look at the pic [normal mode].... its not safe mode.... while charging look at the temps... its really hot when i touch the back.... the same thing happens while charging in OFF mode... if the phone gets overheated while discharging then i'm ready to try all the steps again as you mentioned...

before kitkat the lte and 3g connection use to be full signal strength but now since kitkat its signal strength is low and causing battery drain second is obvios heating which is also causing battery drain watching youtube and simple web browsing for 5-6 min drain 15% thats kinda ridiculous taking pictures with camera app i think 10 to 13 pics drains 6 % really disappointing update 

i always connected my phone with wifi and lte in 4.3 never had this battery drain issue only in kitkat this is happening

it does gets hot quickly 

i just used facebook messenger for 10 minute its not a high processing software but it so warm i checked see the heat in battery this was it and the battery was draining quickly too

i bought my experia z1 last week,ive downloaded few games,and when i played it, for about less than an hour of playing,ive noticed that my phoneis getting hot,so i stop playing,,and when im browsing the internet,the battery drained fast,,anything that can gve me some suggestions and advice?tnx....

Like 5-6 days after buying this Z1 it started breaking down. The screen goes totally black but with light, like you could know it's on. I have to reset the phone with the red button on the right side. Is this normal??? My warranty cover this malfunction that I guess is from the fabric...???
