I have a similar problem with Chrome - the message says "Unfortunately, Chrome has stopped" - but when I go into Settings -> Apps Chrome does not appear at all - I cannot find where to remove any updates that may have caused this issue. I've only had the phone for 1 week and already had to reset to factory settings as there was an issue with the photo album. It's my first smartphone and can't say I'm too imnpressed !
