I have this problem, When i use the phone in Water The speaker Don't work for some time, is this normal?

Yes. Nothing wrong with phone at all just little deposits of water still in speaker port.

Yes will be fine after a while. The water will stop the sounds vibrations. You could probably speed the drying time by taking a vacume cleaner to it.
