Microphone problem

Hi every one, i have a very big problem with my phone. The microphone isn't working when i call someone but it work when i record a video, very strange. I also found out that The people that i called can hear me when i connect a headset ( which didn't got a microphone) to my phone.
Do someone have the same problem ? I really need help.

I tend to believe it's mostly a software issue, can you go to Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Tests > Microphone and see if it works?

I agree with @YoGem on this one, it sounds like software causing the problem, and likely third party.

If the Diagnostics test shows a pass, then best you boot the device in safemode to see if the issue continues, this will let us know if the problem is third party orientated.

Hi dame issue: pic for a phone call is not working at all. Vidéo recording working fine. Diag t'est fails completely....

On mine, I thought the test had failed but actually the volume was just very low. So the mic works but the volume is just too low to be heard, unless I scream with my mouth right next to the mic.

Have you checked to make sure nothing is blocking the Mic area, maybe a case on the phone?

No case on my phone and nothing blocking the mic.
