My z1 will not charge

Dear all, since last night I have been having major trouble with my z1. The phone died completely last night and when I plugged it into the mains, there was a red light that flashed a few times then stopped. I left it for a little while but there was no charging light lit and no surprise the phone hadn't charged one bit. I have tried other plugs, cables and plug sockets but all give same thing. Nothing!!

I tried plugging the phone into the mains and then holding down the up volume button along with the power button. I received a couple vibrations but nothing else.

This phone has had a FULL REFURBISHMENT by car phone warehouse and this was done early February this year.

Can anyone help me as my phone is quite important for work purposes and etc..

Thanks for your message I will try this out when I'm home. Hopefully this will solve my problem because otherwise I will be paying carphone warehouse a visit
