Tiny noise when pressing the back metal a little bit

I bought this TW version Xperia XZ1 G8342 in September and now when I am sitting in a very quiet room and press the back of the metal just a little bit, it has some tiny noise. I know the inside body is not stuffed so there must be some spare space inside the machine, but this noise sounds like the hit from the inside body.  Does anybody know how is this noise caused? Is that caused by the loose of battery adhesive? Also I’m not pretty sure that this is a common issue which won’t influence the performance of water resistance and won’t be worse.

Also, if I need to have this noise cancelled how much should I pay if I take it to SONY repairing center, if it is acceptable within 30 dollars, I’d rather pay to have it fixed.

Hi @SakuraJiurui,

The best I can advise is to contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment. Whether or not warranty will cover this, and if not how much it will cost will be dependant on your locale. Check with them and they should be able to answer your questions Slightly_smiling_Face
