getting hot quickly

i  bought xperia z1 4-5 days ago 

this phone is good but if i brouse web for 10 min it get super hot  and even when calling it get hot

I wouldn't say it's supposed to heat per se, more like application use = processing power which in turn generates heat and subsequently consumes battery power. The app I've found that generates a fair bit of heat is Google Hangouts. It is bearable though as you don't tend to hold the phone to your ear.

Yeah,also syncing on all the time and apps that are permanently connected to the internet.

I have heating problems too it must be a design fault in the phone as I have no heat problems with other mobiles in the house ! Phones should be recalled !

It is a clear fault how can excessive heat be normal ? How many mobiles have you owned which heat up excessively even on cool days ? None of my other phones in the house heat up ! Give honesty and a chance and call it for what it is......it is a fault !

Updating android to higher version can solve this issue.

When browsing the Web, playing games, browsing fb & twitter, just for a few minutes my phone begins to overheat, even browsing this site my phone has started heating up. Once my phone starts overheating, my touch screen sensitivity goes for a ball of crap. Does anyone out there know how I can sort this out?

LOL Sony isint releasing that the heating issue is because of the kitkat  buggy update

Hey there, recently i had updated my xperia z1 to 4.4.2 its getting really hot while charging and using phone.. so i flash the stock firmware using flasher tool and downgrade it to 4.3 as there was no heating problem in it but i am getting the heating problem in this firmware too. previously in 4.3 all was good but now after downgrading 4.3 too gives problem of heating... plzzz help:-(
